2. Scope
These terms apply to purchases made by consumers in this online store with delivery to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, our returns policy and our privacy policy.
3. Products and prices
We sell original Korean cosmetics. Product photos are illustrative; manufacturers update their packaging from time to time, so the design you receive may differ slightly. All prices are in euros and include VAT. The delivery cost is shown separately before you pay. If a price is obviously wrong due to an error, we will contact you and you may cancel the order free of charge.
4. Order and contract
The contract is concluded when your payment has been received. You will get an order confirmation by e-mail. Products in your basket are reserved for you for 15 minutes; after that they are released for other customers.
5. Payment
Payment is made through Montonio using the bank links of Baltic banks or a payment card. Card and bank data are processed by the payment service provider; we do not see or store them.
6. Delivery
We deliver to parcel lockers (Omniva, DPD, SmartPosti, Unisend) and by courier in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Prices and free-delivery thresholds are listed on the Shipping & payment page.
Products in stock are dispatched within 1–3 business days; delivery usually takes 1–4 business days after dispatch. Products marked Pre-order are shipped within 7–8 weeks. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, it is shipped in one parcel when all products are available, unless agreed otherwise. The risk of accidental loss passes to you when the parcel is handed over to you or placed in the parcel locker you selected.
7. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Conditions and exceptions (including opened cosmetics) are described in the returns policy.
8. Faulty goods
You may submit a claim for goods that were faulty at the time of delivery within two years of receipt. Please notify us within two months of discovering the defect and attach photos. We will replace the product or refund its price and cover the costs of returning faulty goods.
9. Use of products
Cosmetics are for external use only. Please read the ingredient list before use, do a patch test if you have sensitive skin and stop using the product if irritation occurs. We are not liable for reactions caused by individual sensitivity to a product that meets its specifications.
10. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first – we answer within 14 days. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee), the consumer protection authority of your country of residence (Latvia: PTAC, ptac.gov.lv; Lithuania: VVTAT, vvtat.lrv.lt) or a court. Estonian law applies, without depriving you of the protection granted by the mandatory law of your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in force at the time you place your order apply to that order.
