Right of withdrawal – 14 days
You may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you received the goods (for pre-orders – from the day you received the pre-ordered goods).
How to return
- Send us an e-mail to info@novae.ee within 14 days with your order number and the products you wish to return (you may use the form below).
- We will reply with the return address (parcel locker).
- Send the goods back within 14 days of your notice. The cost of returning the goods is borne by you, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Condition of returned goods
Products must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging with seals and protective films intact. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature.
Products that cannot be returned
For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetics cannot be returned once the seal, protective film or packaging has been opened after delivery (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(e); Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 53(4)(5)). Beauty devices may be returned if unused and in their original packaging.
Refund
We refund the price of the goods and the cost of the original standard delivery within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof of sending them.
Wrong or damaged product
If you received a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery and attach photos. We will replace it or refund you and cover all delivery costs.
